Murcia Golf Properties Ltd (formerly trading as Brace Oakley) is run by two directors - Matt Oakley and Tim Savage. Both us have a 'hands on' approach and carry out a great deal of the inspection trips personally. Matt and Tim are passionate about the resorts and developments in Murcia. The directors can be seen above collecting an award from Jack Nicklaus the designer of the Polaris World Golf Courses.
The company has a good track record in the overseas property market and specializes in the quality golf resorts in Murcia, Spain. For the last 4 years we have been one of the top UK sellers for Polaris World and have become a major player in all off-plan sales, re-sales and after sales services in the region. We now have two offices in the UK and showhouses and staff in Murcia on the golf resorts.
We are not tied to any developer and are therefore able to offer the best independent advice possible to all our clients. Many of the agencies and developers themselves are limited to certain products.
MGP is the leading RESALE agency working on the Polaris World Resorts. We are no longer AUTHORISED AGENTS for the developer who have only a handful of properties left to sell. As one of their former 'Golden Partner Agents' we realised in 2007 that the market was changing and now only specilaise in the resale properties on Polaris Resorts. We have over 650 RESALE properties that we are selling direct on behalf of the owners/investors/banks. These represent much better value for money with savings of up to 40% over the developers remaining stock. We have a network of over 50 active Polaris agents promoting our re-sale properties.
As a master resale agency we have a huge range of properties - many other agencies offer resales but do not have direct access - we handle all our own properties and have over 650 to offer at any one time.
All the staff and directors have purchased properties on the resorts at which we sell and we all live/work on these developments.
