El Valle Golf Resort

El Valle Golf Resort is the most exclusive Polaris World development. It is unlikely that the developer will build another resort with so few properties located on a first class golf course. The resort features an 18 hole golf course by Nicklaus Design, a stunning clubhouse and numerous facilities.

Security at El Valle Golf Resort

Like all the Polaris World Resorts El Valle has a perimeter wall with CCTV and has control of entry. 24 hour security is in place with internal and external patrols.

Location

The Polaris El Valle Golf Resort is positioned between Banos and Mendigo. It is conveniently located for easy access via Spain's major airports and roads. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and the beaches at the Mar Menor Sea. The other resorts of La Loma, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, Terrazas and Mar Menor are all within 15 minutes drive. A shuttle bus between the established resorts is already in place.

Properties at El Valle Golf Resort

At El Valle you can choose between apartments and three types of villas - depending on your requirements. The apartments are a mixture of two bedroom properties some with two bathrooms and some with one. The villas are in three styles a three bedroom two bathroom property, a three bedroom three bathroom larger villa and a huge five bedroom five bathroom property. The finishes are superior to all the other resorts. Fully fitted kitchens, full piped air conditioning, better floor finishes and bathrooms. All the villas have private pools and all the properties have full central heating and timber shutters.
