Condado de Alhama.

Condado de Alhama is located just South of Murcia City, well serviced by all the new road links. Located in the foothills of the Natural Reserve of Sierra Espuna and only approximately 10 minutes from the coast and beaches at Mazarron. An annual average temperature of 21 degrees, access to sporting facilities, beaches and natural beauty all make this an ideal resort to own a property.

If you have not looked at this resort before - now could be a good time to consider a property here. In recent months lots of new facilities have opened at the resort and it is now a superb place for family holidays. Here are some of the facilities now available at the resort:

Clover Pub - great for light meals and snacks, with regular live entertainment. Also shows live sports and has social events
Bistro Bulgaria - Italian, Spanish and Bulgarian food
Cinco Sabores - Ice cream parlour and coffee shop
Bokao - Spanish tapas bar and live music
La Cata - Spanish bar, restaurant and deli
Outside furniture shop - Gift Shop - Solicitors - Supermarket
American diner and a French Bistro
 
In the Jardines area near the sports facilities you can find 'Condado Club' - a bar, cafe and restaurant. They manage the hire of the tennis, padel and squash and petancs (there is a petancs club). They also offer bike hire and in school holidays there is a kids club (supervised mixed sports and games). 

There is a games room and a function room for live entertainment and soon to be a 12 seater cinema. There are zumba classes and Yoga classes, a boxing club and there are plans to open a gym.
 
There is now a temporary clubhouse. On Saturday nights in the carpark at Al Kasar there is a Saturday market. In the high season there is a bus service to Alhama.
