This new resort will consist of three fabulous Jack Niclaus Golf Courses and will be the largest residential project that the Murcia Region has seen to date. It will consist of an area of some 9,000,000sq.m. which will include a number of different resorts within one small 'town'. There will be numerous sports facilities and commercial areaes located throughout the resorts and all the properties will only be a short distance from the services on offer. The first of the mini-resorts within this large complex (Jardines) has already been handed over and the second area - Naranjos - is being handed over early-mid 2009. This is the start of very ambititious large complex that will ultimately house a wealth of facilities and styles of properties. Prices range from €89,000 to €1.5m.
The resort will include banks, stores, supermarkets, hairdressers, launderettes, pharmacies, restaurants, cinemas along with schools and healthcare services.

The resort will be located in the foothills of the Natural Reserve of Sierra Espuna and will only be approximately 10 minutes from the coast and beaches at Mazarron. An annual average temperature of 21 degrees, access to sporting facilities, beaches and natural beauty all make this an deal resort to own a property.
