Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is another Polaris World Golf Resort located in a lovely setting nestled in the foothills of the Carascoy Mountains - Murcia. It is an apartment only resort . It is currently being released and apartments are being handed over - constructed in a beautiful setting of some 1.353.000 square metres - in all 1,864 apartments have been constructed.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is another resort by Polaris World and is located only 15-20 minutes from Murcia City - the historical and cultural capital, and 10-15minutes from the Mar Menor and its beaches. The resort is now fully completed except for the towncentre. The golf course is open and temporary shop/facilities are in place whilst the Hacienda is rebuilt/restored to house the restaurants and shops.
With Alicante International Airport 45 minutes away, Murcia-San Javier only 10 minutes away and the new international airport planned at Corvera - access from anywhere in Europe could not be easier.
