Mediterranean Lands Resort Information
La Goleta is a new development just outside the gates of the Mar Menor Golf Resort. It will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over 4 floors. The front apartments will overlook a plaza containing shops and restaurants and the rear apartments will overlook the golf course at the Mar Menor Golf Resort.
The development will be constructed on land just outside the resort and will be only 5 minutes from the beaches on the Mar Menor, 10 minutes from San Javier airport and 20 minutes to Murcia.
The apartment complex known as La Goletta will be constructed by Mediterranean Lands a Polaris World Company. The properties will be outside the Mar Menor Golf Resort and owners will only have access to the sporting facilities on offer at the neighbouring resort by joining the ‘Polaris World Club'. This will involve a monthly/annual subscription. The advantage to owners is that the apartments will not be subject to the higher monthly community charges within Mar Menor Golf Resort yet access to the facilities can be obtained by joining the Club. the apartments are all a really good size and all of the units will have great views either to the golf course behind or the mountains in front.
