Inspection Trips
If you have not yet been to the area and would like to come and take a look we can arrange everything for you. Our inspection visits cover collection at Alicante or Murcia airports and we normally request that you stay for at least 2 nights/3 days. We allocate one of our staff to you on a 'one to one' basis.
We have a number of different options to show you during the trip and our staff will will work with you to try and make the trip over as enjoyable and successful as we can.
Two or Three Day Viewing Trip
We do not operate high pressure sales techniques and expect our clients to show a level of commitment to buying in the region. We do not try and push our clients into any development and try and impart the best advice possible. Our clients are free to spend time relaxing during the trip or investigating the local cities and beaches. We are available throughout the stay and will provide transport and staff throughout. We ask that our clients pay for the cost of flights themselves and a nominal sum of fifty euros per night towards accommodation. We will arrange accommodation on one of the golf resorts - either in a villa, apartment or a hotel. We will subsidise the accommodation and if you buy a property we will refund the accommodation costs in full and assist throughout the whole buying process.
Longer Trip With Leisure Time
If you would like to stay longer in the area or experience ‘Living The Dream' on one of the Polaris Resorts we can book a villa or apartment for you or even a local hotel for a longer period. We will subsidise 3 nights at the lower rate of fifty euros per night and will arrange a competative rate for the remainder of your trip - normally 75-200 euros per night per villa/hotel room. Ideally you need to allocate the equivalent of two full days during the trip so you can see all the resorts and styles of properties.
