Inspection Trips
If you have not yet been to the area and would like to come and take a look we can arrange everything for you. Our inspection visits cover collection at Alicante or Murcia airports and we normally request that you stay for at least 2 nights/3 days. We allocate one of our staff to you on a 'one to one' basis.
We have a number of different options to show you during the trip and our staff will will work with you to try and make the trip over as enjoyable and successful as we can.
We are also able to take you to meet lawyers, banks and even obtain your NIE number during your stay (an NIE is a tax code required in order to buy a property in Spain).
Two or Three Day Viewing Trip
We do not operate high pressure sales techniques and expect our clients to show a level of commitment to buying in the region. We do not try and push our clients into any development - we try to impart the best advice possible. Our clients are free to spend time relaxing during the trip or investigating the local cities and beaches. We are available throughout the stay and will provide transport and staff throughout. We ask that our clients pay for the cost of flights themselves and we cover 2-3 nights accommodation (providing clients are only viewing with MGP Ltd). We will arrange accommodation on one of the golf resorts - either in a villa, apartment or a hotel. Longer Trip With Leisure Time
If you would like to stay longer in the area or experience staying on one of the Polaris Resorts we can book you into one of our villas, or even a local hotel, for a longer period. We will subsidise 3 nights and arrange a competitive rate for the remainder of your trip. Ideally you need to allocate the equivalent of two full days during the trip so you can see all the resorts and styles of properties, and we recommend that the property viewings are done on the first two days of your stay to allow plenty of time to re-visit properties or interest or visit solicitors or banks.
