La Loma Sport Resort information
La Loma is the new sports resort by Polaris World. Located only a short distance from La Torre Golf Resort and El Valle Golf Resort this unique development will offer first class sports facilities and first class properties.
The new La Loma Resort is a unique location focusing on sport and health, with the fabulous Polaris Sports Centre forming the centrepiece of the development. Residents and visitors will have access to a number of sporting facilities that will rival the best in Spain.
The sports centre will include 15 tennis courts, 2 multi purpose sport tracks, a football pitch, swimming pools, and sports arena with a capacity of 3,500, changing rooms etc. In addition, a challenging 9 hole par 3 golf course and golf academy will provide residents and visitors with an excellent practise facility before or after playing one of the other 18 hole golf courses planned at the Polaris World Resorts in the area. La Loma Resort is located just a few minutes from La Torre and El Valle on the San Javier - Murcia Autovia. Only 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor, 15 minutes from the heart of Murcia city, 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, 15 minutes from the San Javier/Murcia airport and close to the proposed international airport at Corvera.
This development will comprise of 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments and 3 & 5 Bedroom Villas. Designed by the great Mexican architect Jose Yturbe the resort has a modern, minimalist feel with the charm of a Spanish puebla.
