Mar Menor Golf Resort Information
Mar Menor Golf Resort is currently being extended. The resort will more than double in size and this will bring far more facilities to the resort. It currently has 9 holes of golf, a 5 star Hotel and numerous restaurants and bars in place. With the extension the resort will get multiple swimming pools, a new sports club and a shopping centre adjacent to the main entrance. Golf will be extended to 18 holes - Nicklaus Design.
Currently Polaris World are extending the Mar Menor Golf Resort which will bring a further nine holes of golf designed by Nicklaus Design, more sports facilities, children's play areas, more restaurants and several communal swimming pools. Murcia Golf Properties Ltd can offer some superb apartments, villas and front line golf townhouses on the Mar Menor extension. The apartments designed by Melvin Villaroel have large terraces over-looking the golf course and will form part of an already very popular golf resort.
We can offer villa re-sales on the Mar Menor resort with two, three and four bedrooms. Many of these will have been improved to include private swimming pools, glazed terraces and many will be sold including furniture. The Mar Menor Golf Course
The first 9 holes at Mar Menor Golf Resort offer a good challenge to golfers of every level, however many of the holes are being re-designed by Nicklaus Design to form the new 18 hole par 72 golf course.
