Roda Golf & Beach Resort, a new - secure - golf resort from Calidona that offers a new and innovative leisure concept right on the Mar Menor and Mediterranean coastlines.
Roda Golf & Beach Resort offers superb properties, a first class golf course and a private beach club. All located near the Mar Menor Sea, close to Los Alcazares, Murcia, a region with the best climate and quality of life in Spain.

The first three phases of Roda Golf and Beach Resort have now been handed over and the third phase should be completed by November 08. The golf course has been open for some time and is well resepected by all those that have played so far. In May 08 the Clubhouse opened. This is the largest in the area and is truly superb.
Roda Golf & Beach Resort as the name suggests also includes an authentic Beach Club. The 4.600 m2 site is located in La Manga Mar Menor, in it is an independent building, 600 m2 in size which, after restoration, will boast catering facilities, water sports, swimming pools, solariums, a social area and of course, the sea.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is only 5 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) airport and a few minutes from the beach.
It will have excellent sporting facilities, its own private Beach Club and a deal with DeVere hotels to run the golf and hotel facilities is in place. A new sister resort at Corvera is also under construction (due 2009/2011) which will provide further facilities and golfing options.
The resort, which has been designed by leading architects, will have beautiful walkways, open areas, pools and sporting facilities.
Properties on the resort include 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas. The properties have been built around beautiful gardens and communal pools with walkways and jogging tracks linking up around the perimeter.

The golf course will provide a challenging test of golf for all abilities. Watch out for the intimidating 7th, an island green, in front of the main clubhouse!
At the resort a number of services will be provided for owners/guests. There will be a commercial area, main clubhouse and the De-Vere hotel and its spa facilities on hand. The resort will have control of access, security patrols and a secure perimeter giving complete peace of mind for all guests.
