We have three show homes and staff on site at all times. This means we can react quickly and carry out viewings on your property. We pride ourselves in our customer care.
Our marketing is very comprehensive - we spend a huge budget on web advertising - google, MSN, Yahoo, Righmove and numerous other property portals. We also advertise in magazines and via our extensive sub-agency network.
We charge a listing fee of £300 plus VAT to get the property on all our sites. This covers the initial set up and advertising costs and ensures it gets our best possible attention. The listing fee is deducted from any commissions either agency charges if a successful sale is concluded. You can pay the listing fee via cheque or BACs transfer. It is non-refundable.
In order to list your property we need you to agree to our terms and conditions, complete the listing form - below. We will then email confirmation and an invoice with bank details for the payment of the initial fee.
