Soon after contacting Tim Savage at MGP to handle the sale of our apartment on La Torre Golf Resort we were amazed at the efficiency in which he promoted the property. Within one day of contact a range of photographs were placed on their website in several different categories and posters were displayed in their Mar Menor Office by Matt Oakley. A sale was confirmed within days and Matt kept us informed of proceedings throughout. All our questions were answered quickly and honestly. The sale was completed in 29 days.

We just went to look around with the thought of buying in a years time, it was our second scouting trip to the Murcia region of Spain and our first with help from Murcia Golf Properties. Having done our internet research, we contacted MGP in the UK and explained we wanted a window shopping trip. They were very helpful and not at all put out by our insistence that we were only looking. It was all arranged to meet up with Ashley at the Mar Menor Golf Resort at 11am one January morning... We saw several properties but did not click with the resort, so Ashley suggested a trip to La Torre, a couple of viewings later we found a beautifully situated townhouse with frontline golf views. Ashley brought along Sam Savage, another MGP staff member who lives on La Torre to give some more background on the resort and a few hours later we put in an offer. So much for window shopping !!

The expertise and knowledge of the MGP staff made the whole trip rewarding, there was no pressure, only facts. The professionalism of the staff in the UK and Spain was of a very high level with help offered at all stages of the transaction up to and since we took ownership in March. We would advise anybody looking for property in the area to use MGP, it makes the big leap into property owning abroad feel like a small step.

We already own a property on La Torre and love the resort and were looking to upgrade to a bigger property for the future. We had seen Murcia Golf Properties signs on the resort and decided to get in touch. From the start, Sam was very helpful, direct and not pushy. We were unsure of what sort of property we wanted and Sam spent lots of time with us showing us many properties available around the resort.Patience of a saint!  It wasn't until we got back home to England that we decided what property we should buy. Sam took care of the negotiations and also arranged for us to meet builders and pool companies on our next visit to Spain.　 She gave advice during those meetings and also escorted my daughter and I to the Notary for completion as I was unsure on directions.  We have received continued help since the purchase and hope to keep in touch.　 Thank you Sam!

Almost incredibly we are now (proud) owners of a Spanish property. It has been seamless, from Sally's first contact with Matt to Sam's diligent and conscientious presence on our one and only inspection trip and now completion of the purchase barely 8 weeks later. Neither Sal nor I believed that it would be possible without the trials and tribulations normally associated with a property purchase, let alone an overseas one. Sam has been nothing short of superb.
