Almost incredibly we are now (proud) owners of a Spanish property. It has been seamless, from Sally's first contact with Matt to Sam's diligent and conscientious presence on our one and only inspection trip and now completion of the purchase barely 8 weeks later. Neither Sal nor I believed that it would be possible without the trials and tribulations normally associated with a property purchase, let alone an overseas one. Sam has been nothing short of superb. We recently purchased a 2 bed apartment at La Torre with MGP and would like to share our comments. The viewing trip was a success with the MGP resident representative showing us so many property options, resorts and all with no pressure. After short listing our choices down to 2 properties we negotiated offers easily through all the staff. While we enjoyed our evening meal the team continued their sales until late that Saturday evening. Later that evening we celebrated as news came by e-mails to say our offer was accepted and we had now purchased our apartment, excellent team support.
The paperwork started few days later using the town center solicitors CIE. The lady there ‘Amaya' was fantastic, she e-mailed regularly with updates and answered any concerns we had.
The after sales support from Ashley and Sam has been appreciated as they have helped us by putting us in touch with builders, furniture stores and general information. We would highly recommend any potential new buyers to use MGP to buy their dream home in Spain just like us. Alison and Geraint

After wasting a few months pursuing the other agent we then called upon Murcia Golf Properties who delivered everything as promised on time and with out a hitch. Som helfrelste golfere som i nær framtid får mye fritid har vi med hjelp av MGP endelig funnet "det gode liv" på Polaris World La Torre . Mye foregikk pr e-post i begynnelsen, men i mai var vi nede og så på leiligheter/town-houses/villa. Super service under hele oppholdet. Vi fikk sett og befart de resortene vi hadde plukket ut.
