Murcia Golf Properties (formely trading as Brace Oakley) has a goodtrack record in the overseas property market and specializes in the quality golf resorts in Murcia, Spain. For the last 3 years we have been one of the top UK sellers for Polaris World and have become a major player in all off-plan sales, re-sales and after sales services in the region. We now have a number of offices in the UK and two showhouses/staff in Murcia on the golf resorts.
The company is run by two directors - Matt Oakley and Tim Savage. Both us have a 'hands on' approach and carry out a great deal of the inspection trips personally.
In 2007 the company were granted 'Golden Partner' status for the second year running with Polaris World and Tim and Matt were invited to Spain along with 40 other agents from around the world to recive an award from Jack Nicklaus the famous golfer and designer of the Polaris World Golf Courses.
