Inspection Trips
If you have not yet been to the area and would like an inspection visit we will arrange everything for you. Our inspection visits cover collection at Alicante or Murcia airports, 1 or 2 nights accommodation for 2 people and accompanied viewing trips to the resorts of interest to you.
We have a number of different options available to you and will work with you to try and make the trip over as enjoyable and successful as we can:
Option One
A free Inspection trip which includes flights, transfers and one nights accommodation at the 5* Intercontinental Hotel (if available) on Mar Menor Golf Resort. A tour of the new properties/resorts and lunch is included.
Option Two
We can arrange flights for you from any UK airport but ask that you cover this cost which will be reimbursed to you on buying any property through Murcia Golf Properties. We will cover the cost of your accommodation and transfers and will provide a member of staff to spend as much time with you as you desire. This will be a one to one visit and unlike other agencies we do not believe in hassling customers into reserving a property that they are not sure about. This trip will include a review of all the new properties and the re-sale properties that are featured on this site. If you would like to stay longer in the area or experience ‘Living The Dream’ on one of the Polaris Resorts we can book a villa or apartment for you or a local hotel. We will cover two nights accommodation if you are seriously interested in buying as long as you intend to allow at least 1 day during your stay to cover visiting the resorts and developers' offices.
