Polaris World Golf Resorts
Polaris World is one the largest construction companies on the Costa Calida. Currently constructing 7 golf/sporting resorts in Murcia ( see below for details). All the resorts are located within 20 minutes of each other and owners/renters will have full use of the sports and recreational facilities on all the golf resorts. There are some fantastic off-plan properties on a number of resorts which have favourable payment terms - we also have our own re-sales department which can offer some superb key ready properties that are often available at very low prices. 
The first of these resorts Mar Menor Golf Resort opened its gates in Summer 2004 to its first residents and the last keys were handed over mid 2005. This was a clear indication of the strength of the company that has already sold over 8000 properties with many more planned in 2006-2008.

The six resorts that make up the 'Orillas' or shores of Mar Menor are as follows
El Valle Golf Resort:
This resort is now nearing completion. All properties are completed and the Golf Course is open. Low build density – luxury villas and apartments. Desert style course.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort:
This resort is now nearing completion. Nearly all the properties are completed and the Golf Course is opening early 2008. Low build density –apartment only resort. Fantastic golf course.
Mar Menor Golf Resort: This resort was completed in 2005. A new extention is currently underway to increase the golf course from 9 to 18 holes. Polaris World are building new large apartments, frontline townhouses and villas. The resort includes bars and restaurants and a 5 start Intercontinental Hotel.
Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort: This resort is under construction now. It is an apartment only resort with 2 and 3 bedroom properties. There are various styles and all command great views of the lakes and desert style golf course.Latest release on this resort is apartments on their own island with pools and facilities! 
La Torre Golf Resort: This resort was completed in 2007. The Intercontinental Hotel and the last facilities in the town centre will open in 2008. The resort includes villas – townhouses and apartments. Built around a fantastic town centre on a large lake this is a beautiful resort. 
La Loma Sports Resort: The sports resort for Polaris World. This resort is under release now with work commencing in 2008. It includes luxury villas and apartments. Facilities will include multiple tennis courts, golf academy, training pitch and covered stadium. It is located just across the road from El Valle and a short drive from La Torre Golf Resort.

In addition, additional satellite resorts are being contructed at La Goleta (Mediterranean Lands) adajent to Mar Menor Golf Resort.
In addition to the ORILLAS resorts Polaris World are constructing their most ambitious project to date - CONDADO DE ALHAMA. 
CONDADO: This small town will include 3 fantastic golf courses – a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and two ‘Bears Best’ Courses. Construction has already started and the first properties will be available from late 2008. Prices from only 89,000 euros!
